Information we receive

If you contact us, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your name, email address, company, and message. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may process technical connection data to deliver and protect this website.

How we use it

We use enquiries to respond to you, understand the problem you describe, and maintain the security and availability of our website. We do not sell personal information.

Optional website analytics

Website analytics are disabled unless you choose to allow them. If enabled, PostHog measures page visits and contact or product clicks. Session recording and automatic interaction capture are disabled. We do not send message contents, credentials, or customer business records to analytics. You can change this choice using the controls below; browser privacy signals also disable analytics.

Analytics are off unless you opt in.

Service providers

Cloudflare provides hosting and security. Google Workspace is our planned email provider; email is processed by the provider in use when you contact us. PostHog processes optional analytics when configured and allowed. These providers may process data in countries outside your own.

Retention and your choices

We retain enquiries while needed for our conversation and related follow-up, then delete them when no longer needed, unless a legal obligation requires retention. You can request access, correction, or deletion by emailing privacy@usefulwarelabs.com. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to object to processing, restrict processing, receive a copy of your information, or contact a privacy regulator.
